Students who are currently attending, or have recently attended, NMSU can access the following services online through their my.NMSU portal.

| Update My Contact Information | Update your address, email address, phone number, preferred name, pronouns, gender, marital status, emergency contact, and other personal information. |
| Apply to Graduate | Apply for your degree (graduation). |
| Enrollment / Degree Verification | Request enrollment and/or verifications for employers, lenders, Department of Motor Vehicles, military programs and other entities. |
| Restrict My Information Displayed in the NMSU Phonebook |
Define the personal information published in NMSU's online phone directory. To restrict the sharing of your directory information, beyond the online phonebook, fill out and submit a No Release of Information Form. |
| Official Transcripts | Request your official transcript, fee will apply. |
| Unofficial Transcripts | Request your unofficial transcript at no charge. However, if you have a financial hold on your account, you will need to click here to request your unofficial transcript at no charge. |
| Proxy Management | Utilize this link to authorize others to view your academic and/or financial information. (Rights of the Student) |
| Proxy Access to Student Info | If a student has granted you proxy access to view their academic and/or financial information, please log in. Access must be pre-authorized by the student (FERPA – Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act). |
| Duplicate Diplomas | Log in to request a duplicate diploma or view your ordering status from a past semester. |
